Description of Our Standard Interior Work Seat Construction • We repair your seat frames, if needed, then paint them; • We rebuild your seats with integral headrests, side bolsters, and lumbar support (see Note 1); • We use three different densities of foam for the seat bottoms and three different ones for the backs, each custom mmformed by hand -- our chairs are very comfy. Seat Covering • We cover the seats in leather with a color -- or colors -- of your choice (see Note 2); • You have a choice of seat styles, textures, and stitching patterns (see Note 3); • We construct pockets in the seat backs. Side Panels • We strip your side panels and repair them if they are cracked (see Note 4); • We cover the side panels, including the panels in the baggage compartment, with half an inch of foam then cover that mmwith Ultraleather – a very high quality vinyl – which matches the leather in the seats; • You have a choice of panel styles and textures; • Alternatively, you can come up with your own stitching pattern and panel design if you like. Headliner • We cover your headliner with Ultraleather; • We cover your overhead console with the same Ultraleather we use for the headliner. Plastic Window Surrounds • We repair your plastic pieces if they are cracked or warped (see Note 4); • We cover your plastic pieces with the same Ultraleather we use on the headliner. Carpet • We install an industrial quality nylon carpet that looks good, doesn't shed, and is very durable; • We sew in vinyl heel pads on the pilot and copilot sides; • We edge the carpet to keep it from unraveling. Other • We surround the door frames with windlace, if your plane came with that originally, to match your interior colors; • We maintain all the necessary burn certificates for the materials we use including the glue; • We make the appropriate entries in your airframe log book after we reinstall the new interior. |
Note 1: Integral headrests are a no cost option; some seats may not accommodate them and some owners may not want them. Note 2: We have a large selection of popular colors but if we have to special order materials, we must increase our charge. Note 3: Our unique Sport Seat is labor intensive and is not included as a standard choice. Note 4: If panels or plastic are severely damaged, we may have to charge extra to repair them but we will contact you beforehand. |
